Hopefully by now you’re aware of the perfect elements of a lacrosse goalie ready stance.

Since some folks are more visual learners I decided to take the 7 key elements to an effective ready stance and display them visually.

So here’s my 1st attempt at a lacrosse infographic – 7 elements of a perfect lacrosse goalie stance.
